Now, since this is one of your first animations, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. (Just guessing it is, since you said that you're practicing.)
The person is projected quite nicely, but I wish it was completed. Stick figures = TOO EASY. Yet, it gives nice emotion. It's hard to make a stick figure with no eyes show emotion. xD I like when it looks down sadly, it really is cute. x3
The "Puff" could use some work. Make it look more like smoke by doing something like... Giving it some texture/shading. You could put a few little clouds around it, and that could help.
